Kurt didn’t stumble into the car business, he built his way into it. He launched his own business at the start of his career and never looked back. A decade of brokering later, he’s put thousands of vehicles into the right hands, moving around 200 cars a year. If it has wheels (or a hull), Kurt has bought it, driven it, or sold it. Trucks and towing are his bread and butter.

Kurt is the guy who actually uses what he sells: hauling to the lake, loading up for a road trip, and knowing firsthand what a truck and car needs to do when it matters. That real-world experience is what his clients count on…straight answers from someone who’s lived the lifestyle, not just sold it.

Away from the showroom, Kurt is a devoted family man as a dad of four and proud grandpa of three. You’ll find him on the water, chasing live music, traveling with the people he loves, and he’ll definitely have a cold Bing energy drink in hand.

I am the middle of 3 boys, born and raised in Steamboat Springs CO. I spent my youth on a bike or with a soccer ball in the summer, and skis on my feet in the winter.

Buying a car is supposed to be fun! It should be an easy process with no surprises at the end. You do not have to spend hours in a dealership, being passed around and then waiting for your turn in the finance office. I enjoy working with my clients to help find the right car or truck for them. I am not here to ‘sell’ anything; I am here to assist my clients with buying or leasing the vehicle that is right for them.

I enjoy getting to know my clients and making the car buying process fun an easy for them. Cars are integral to our lives, and we spend time far too much time in them. I cannot do anything about the amount of time you spend in a car, but I can make the drive more enjoyable. Life is short, drive the right car!

A Colorado native with a lifelong passion for automobiles, Jared is dedicated to delivering a personalized, first-class experience for every client. Helping people find the perfect vehicle isn’t just his career—it’s what he enjoys most.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending quality time with his family and their dog, as well as traveling, attending automotive events and car shows, exploring Colorado’s great outdoors, or discovering new restaurants. He appreciates experiences that combine quality, craftsmanship, and connection.

With nearly 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, including almost 6 years as a dedicated auto broker, I’m passionate about helping people find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle, needs, and budget. I believe buying a vehicle should be an enjoyable, stress-free experience, and I’m committed to making that happen through honest guidance, transparency, and personalized service every step of the way.
My passion for vehicles started long before my career. I grew up working on motorcycles and cars, which gave me a strong mechanical foundation and a genuine appreciation for all things automotive. That hands-on experience allows me to help clients make informed, confident decisions when choosing their next vehicle.
Building lasting relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. I take pride in getting to know my clients, understanding their goals, and helping them find the right vehicle—not just any vehicle.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time outdoors with my two German Shepherds. I enjoy fishing, hunting, camping, and off-roading, and I bring the same passion, dedication, and love for adventure into the way I serve my clients.

With more than 33 years of experience in the automotive industry, his career spans from sales, finance, dealership management, dealership ownership, wholesale operations, and executive leadership. As General Manager of RME Brokers, he is dedicated to providing a transparent, knowledgeable, and stress-free vehicle buying experience while building lasting relationships with every client.

Outside of work, Ed is a passionate aviator and owner of a Beechcraft Bonanza V35B, an avid backcountry snowmobiler, and enjoys spending time on the water fishing whenever he can. He also loves traveling and making memories with his family. Whether helping customers find the perfect vehicle or pursuing his outdoor adventures, Edward believes integrity, hard work, and exceptional service are the foundation of everything he does.
