Had an amazing experience here multiple times! Just bought our Camry last night and Max took great care of us. I worked with Cooper. He was AWESOME! Before I even took the trip to the dealership, Cooper took a few moments out of his time to do a video, just for me, and that meant the world to me. When I arrived there, Cooper met me in the parking lot, and talked a bit about what I was looking for. The entire process was like I was hanging out with friends. From the test drive, to final paper was signed, it didn't feel like I was at a dealership. Cooper was understanding, caring, and made sure I wasn't needing anything except a pen.. I stole his, then he stole it back. He had an awesome sense of humer and it was the kind that made you feel at ease. 🌟 I purchased a vehicle here last week and it was by far one of THE best car buying/financing experiences I've ever had! I worked specifically with Matty & Eli Frackes, Jonathan (a.k.a oneeyedsalesguy), and Aaron in finance. I visited the dealer 2 separate nights as I am typically hesitant about big purchases. They were so patient with me both times, and didn't pressure me when I said I needed to sleep on it. I returned the next day to drive the car more and learn more about my financing options. They gave me a great deal on my trade, and were straightforward and transparent with any information presented - whether that had to do with info related specifically to the car make, model, etc, or my financing. Each of them also took time to reach out to me days after my purchase to check in, show appreciation for my patronage, and make sure I was still happy. It was the first time i haven't felt "swindled" at a dealership, or taken advantage of as a female customer. I would recommend this family owned and operated dealership to anyone and have already told my friends and family to consider them when they are in the market for their next vehicle! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain the options clearly. I really appreciated how friendly, understanding and patient they were while I explored the affordable used cars on the lot. Normally, I'd be extremely wary of any dealership...but I will come back here for my next car and will recommend it to everyone I know! It is family-owned and operated, which you can definitely feel. First, Kendell immediately called me when I filled out an interest contact sheet - she just wanted to reach out and let me know she was available for my questions. She was exceptionally kind, not pushy AT ALL, didn't try to get me to come in or set an appointment. I value that in the extreme because I was "only looking" at that point - and really cannot stand someone trying to push me when I'm not ready - just so they can make their quota or numbers. This was not at all the case with this team, in fact, the exact opposite. Then, I found a car I was interested in and let Kendell know, then Max, the sales manager called me. I was so beyond comfortable with Kendall and Max I made the appointment immediately! Left right then and there. Max was just beyond patient and understanding with my concerns. I test drove the Dodge Challenger I was interested in, and loved it. BUT...I needed time to digest how quickly this was happening. I wanted to make sure I was in the true head space to really commit to this. Max gave me all the time I needed. He never once pressured me, he wasn't incessantly calling or texting me. I let him know I'd be back on Monday evening, after my daughter (who is a mechanic) got off work, so she could give me basics on the other cars I was interested in. Max, as a sales manager, was kind and patient. Letting me know - always - he wanted me to be comfortable with what I was doing, and the choices I was making. At 50 years old, having only been through the car buying process twice, that was invaluable to me. My daughter and I both test-drove the other 2 cars I was interested in, a Lexus IS 350 F-Sport and an Acura TLX with the Technology package. I really liked both, but the Acura won out for a few smaller reasons...like, my daughter could drift in it, but with more control than the Lexus. It was much smoother and customizable in the "sport/normal/comfort/or customized" category. I could put the engine and steering in sport mode and the suspension in comfort mode. I'm pretty sure Max looks for low mileage, low owner cars, that have been maintained well - he actually looks himself. And finds good cars for his clients. So I decided on the Acura. I was turned over to the financing department, and Pawel did all the paperwork before I had to sit and wait for 3 hours. He was so wonderfully kind and prepared, extremely efficient. When I entered his office, every bit of paperwork was ready for him to just explain and me to sign. I truly felt the family aspect with this team. My family also has a small insurance agency, family owned and operated for 30 years. We have 1 employee outside our family who has been with us 25 of those years, and we have very strict...I guess you could say guidelines...on how we treat our customers. We truly value each customer, and educate as well as help protect our clients' assets. We take care of each individual as we would like to be treated ourselves. And that is what I felt with this team. Max didn't try to push me to 'the more expensive' or the 'better sell' at all. He asked me what I was more comfortable with. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I am recommending to everyone I know that if you need a used car, I would go to Rocky Mountain Eurosport in Parker because Kendell, Max and Pawel are a great team to have on your side. I'm adding pics of my new car because I just love it! And would like to thank all 3 - Kendall, Max and Pawel for actually caring. They are all wonderful!

Very accommodating and helpful regarding Lexus I was getting but was a turnoff when after all paperwork and agreed down-payment was paid, received a phone call a week later asking for more money down.

Was skeptical at first of buying from such a distance but was almost impossible to find this car where I am. I worked with Max and probably gave him a few gray hairs with how I was during the process as such a big purchase to do over the phone and not in person. Let me tell you every ask was met, every question was answered, and every (reasonable) request I had was done for me. I know during this process I was a little demanding and persistent and Max was great with me the entire time, he never beat around the bush or tried to sugar coat anything just for a sale he was extremely helpful extremely knowledgeable with what he does and helped me out more than I could’ve asked during all of this. I got out there to sign paperwork and by this time Max and I were pretty well acquainted due to how much we’ve been in contact lol, but the signing and contract was very low pressure never felt pushy and one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I was able to take ownership of one of my all time dream cars, and have put over 1,000 miles on it within this first week of having it without a hiccup. Max and Rocky Mountain Eurosport have definitely set a standard for me for buying cars in person or online, they were absolutely incredible!

Max and Keith made my car buying experience great. I had an appointment with Max and he had the car out front ready for me to look at and test drive when I got there. He answered every question I had and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. Him and Keith got through everything as fast as they could and had me out in my new car about 2 hours after I got there. I would definitely recommend them and I will be going back here for my next car.

Buying a vehicle from out of state always comes with some uncertainty, especially when you’re trading in a vehicle and making such a large purchase. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with my experience and, more importantly, the culture. I don’t know how they built it, but it’s something special. It’s fun, genuine, and made the entire buying experience enjoyable. I can honestly say this is a true family business that cares about its customers—more than any other dealership I’ve worked with. It all started with Keith, the Finance Manager. He happened to answer the phone, and thankfully he did because this man is a legend. Calm, friendly, straightforward, and honestly, he made the deal happen. I generally don’t like people all that much, but I genuinely liked Keith and Eli. From there, Eli was one of the most down-to-earth, likable, and level-headed salespeople I’ve ever worked with. He was responsive, easy to talk to, and never made me feel pressured. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and despite juggling multiple deals at the same time, I never once felt unattended. Then there’s the closer—the Sales Manager. This dude knows his stuff. 😂 Together, they’ve built an outstanding team that made my entire out-of-state buying experience exceptional. Communication was incredibly fast from start to finish. Every question was answered promptly, and when I accidentally left a few things behind, they overnighted them to me without hesitation. I did have a small issue come up after taking delivery, but what impressed me most was how they handled it. They stayed in communication, involved management right away, and made it clear they wanted to take care of me. It’s easy to provide great service before a sale—it’s how a dealership responds afterward that really shows its character. This was, without a doubt, the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had. If you’re considering buying from out of state or local, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership. They earned my trust, and I’d gladly do business with them again.

He took the time to explain the cars history, and he made the buying experience very smooth, and he made sure to answer all of my questions. Another plus was finishing the purchase up with Suna, the interaction between her and my husband made me smile, we enjoyed our time with her.
