I am a first time buyer and they were absolutely phenomenal. Car dealerships always make me cautious but the people who helped me were so thoughtful and kind. I showed up wanting a car that was sold and they showed me to a different car that I wasn’t interested in at first but then it ended up being exactly what I was looking for. When I went shopping for a used car, I was prepared and looking forward to dealing with the "used car salesman". With RME, I found that I didn't have to get down in the mud to work a deal. Stopped by RME to let the wife drive a car they had on their lot. Test drive experience was easy and painless. We ultimately didn't end up buying from them simply because they didn't have what she was looking for, but Josh was easy to work with so we ended up selling a car to them and got a fair price for it and a low-stress experience. If the right car rolled into their inventory, I would absolutely return to buy from them again.
